Adobong Talaba
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, sliced
1 ginger, sliced
1 lb. oysters, removed from shells
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
salt
pepper
Saute garlic, tomato and ginger. Add vinegar and soy sauce and let boil. Drop in oysters. Simmer for 5 min. Adjust seasoning wit salt and pepper.
